Second Student Ordered to Stop Handing Out Copies of Constitution Files Lawsuit
A student at the University of Hawaii filed a lawsuit on Thursday claiming her First Amendment rights were violated when she was ordered to stop handing out copies of the U.S. Constitution to fellow students.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, claims an administrator ordered plaintiff Merritt Burch and another student to stop approaching students to hand out the copies.
"Both Burch and her friend, the complaint alleges, were at an outdoor event featuring other student groups who were distributing literature from various tables set up for that purpose. Burch claims she left her table and approached other students, and an administrator told her and her friend to get behind their table."

You are blinded by perception in this post.
The problem wasnt politics, only that she left the table. Its not uncommon. We had a career fair at my college and one of the recruiters decided to leave the auditorium and just wonder around campus. He continued to stop students on their way to class. No one really had a problem with it till one student told him he was in a hurry. The guy responded by yelling to him that "a good job is better than this".
To make a long story short, the Dean of Student Affairs and Services made sure that people at those type of events werent allowed to leave the area and just wonder campus anymore.

Has nothing to do with the material handed out. She didn't follow protocol by leaving the designated area.
And before anyone gets their panties in a bunch the way to dismantle the policy is to learn about it, ask to see it in print, then approach the university on your grievance in written form at the proper venue.
Liberals hate the constitution - this is not surprising.
