Being a "patriot" is a lot like being "famous." If you have to tell people that's what you are, then you're not.
Harry is just an unhappy curmudgeon who misses the days when he had (a certain measure) of authority, and still thinks of himself as some sort of a leader. Had he been a good one, he wouldn't have topped out at O-6. And his expected 10 million person demonstration will garner fewer than 200 people showing up.
Based on his stated plan to overthrow our constitutional government he clearly is no patriot.
Also, from what I can tell, he isn't even a colonel. He used to be one, but if you think that calling him by a military rank he no longer holds gives him some legitimacy then I suspect that you also lack a commitment to our constitutional form of government and the crucial value of civilian control of the military. It's one of the most important things that separates us from lesser nations.
He plans on using peaceful protest and he has every right to do so.
The key word is 'peaceful'
He wants to overthrow the democratically elected government. No matter how nicely you try to dress it up, there is nothing patriotic about it. Hell no.

He may have been a patriot when he served but now he is just another Tea Party loony bin.
