Yep, and Sterling also made racial slurs that everyone has heard him say directly. You find a direct quote from Chris Paul and then people might listen.
Chris Paul denies stating such.
But anybody with a modicum of honesty knows this is just CYA.
Again, JUST TAKE A STAB... "Who benefits from completely fabricating CP3's comments?"
How about you address Snoop Dogg??? He's a racist, right? Everybody heard him make racial slurs...directly.
Sterlings actions and words over the years shows he hates black people.
In sworn testimony, one of Sterling's top property supervisors Sumner Davenport claimed he made racist comments about black people living in one of the buildings he had just acquired:
"That's because of all the blacks in this building, they smell, they're not clean. ... And it's because of all of the Mexicans that just sit around and smoke and drink all day."
In a 1983 incident, prospective Clippers coaching candidate Rollie Massimino says that Sterling used the N-word in an impromptu interview at LAX (via Jeff Pearlman):
“Here’s this guy, and he has this blonde bimbo with him, they have a bottle of champagne, they’re tanked. And Don looks at me and he says, ‘I wanna know why you think you can coach these n*****s.’â€
Funny, that's almost exactly what your first post asked about when the whole Donald Tokowitz thing blew up. Or not.
And no, I'm not justifying or defending what Sterling said. Just noting that your measured response here was not very measured in the other thread.
I didn't jump in to the Sterling rant until after I heard the tapes of him making racial slurs. I prefer to see or hear the evidence before calling someone a racist.

Fair point.
And to make myself clear I don't believe that Chris Paul saying he prefers a black coach over a white coach is racist. This is nothing more than "see! see! gotcha!" stuff that both sides of the political spectrum engage in. It's nauseating.
Uh, did Doc Rivers quit? Until he does, the Clippers already have a black coach, who also happens to be one of the best coaches of all time.
Which is why I call bull$hit on this "article." Why would a player speculate about hiring a coach when he already has one?
WOW !!!! I like Doc Rivers as much as the next guy, but get real. He's a class guy & undeniably one of the best coaches currently in the NBA, but of all time??? He has one NBA title & was named 2000 Coach of the Year. That doesn't even put Doc into the conversation for best coaches of all time. He's not even close to the top-10 in career wins, win % or NBA championships.
Yet the NAACP was planning to award him with their Lifetime Achievement Award for "Promoting Civil Rights" on May 15th .
That's because the NAACP like most race hustlers doesn't really care about black people, thery're just in it for the money.
