So I take it you are a polytheist who believes there are many different gods?

You caught that too, eh, ABQ...? One wonders what kind of religious education Christians are getting in this country: Is it basically aimed at rationalizing dogma instead of imparting truth?

What is the Arabic word for God, that should be used when reciting the pledge of allegiance in Arabic, then?

If one is a Christian and one is speaking Arabic, as a first language or in the course of studying it, one uses the word Allah to denote the Christian god. This is not even debatable.

The fact is that not one any person in a school should not be expected to say the word Allah.
It's kinda hard to study Arabic without using the word for God. Should students of German be banned form saying "Gott", students of French refuse to say "Dieu" and students of Spanish recoil in horror from "Dios"? Of course not.

For a nation that's so influential in the world, the US can really be provincial at times.
