Here's the transcript:

Remarks by the President on the Deaths of U.S. Embassy Staff in Libya | The White House

Here's Obama's schedule for 9/12/12

http://www.whitehouse.gov/schedule/president/2012-09-12

On the 13th he again gave a campaign speech in Colorado.

The attack took place on a Tuesday. It wasn't until the following Sunday when Susan Rice made multiple appearances on television claiming it was because of a video, or are you not aware of that? It took Obama TWO WEEKS to officially declare the attack was an act of terrorism.
The following is how the president began his speech on 9/12 in Las Vegas.

Remarks by the President at a Campaign Event -- Las Vegas, NV | The White House

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you. So I wanted to begin tonight by just saying a few words about a tough day that we had today. We lost four Americans last night, who were killed when they were attacked at a diplomatic post in Libya. And they were serving overseas on our behalf, despite the dangers, despite the risks, to help one of the world’s youngest democracies get on its feet. They were working to advance the interests and the values that we hold dear as Americans. And as Americans, we stand united -– all of us -– in gratitude for their service, and we are mindful of their sacrifice, and we want to send out heartfelt prayers to their loved ones who grieve today. (Applause.)
It’s a reminder that the freedoms we enjoy -– sometimes even the freedoms we take for granted -– they’re only sustained because there are people like those who were killed, who are willing to stand up for those freedoms; who are willing to fight for those freedoms; in some cases, to lay down their lives for those freedoms. So tonight, let’s think of them and thank them.
As for the ones we lost last night: I want to assure you, we will bring their killers to justice. (Applause.) And we want to send a message all around the world -- anybody who would do us harm: No act of terror will dim the light of the values that we proudly shine on the rest of the world, and no act of violence will shake the resolve of the United States of America. (Applause.)

Yes, I am very familiar with what Susan Rice said on the Sunday shows. I've posted the following link that contains the transcripts or links to the transcripts of all the shows multiple times. What she said on those Sunday shows was consistent with initial unedited CIA talking points.

Flashback: What Susan Rice Said About Benghazi - Washington Wire - WSJ

The following is what she said on ABC, which is more or less the same as she said on all the shows.

But our current best assessment, based on the information that we have at present, is that, in fact, what this began as, it was a spontaneous — not a premeditated — response to what had transpired in Cairo. In Cairo, as you know, a few hours earlier, there was a violent protest that was undertaken in reaction to this very offensive video that was disseminated.
We believe that folks in Benghazi, a small number of people came to the embassy to — or to the consulate, rather, to replicate the sort of challenge that was posed in Cairo. And then as that unfolded, it seems to have been hijacked, let us say, by some individual clusters of extremists who came with heavier weapons, weapons that as you know in — in the wake of the revolution in Libya are — are quite common and accessible. And it then evolved from there.

Yes it was an act of terror. It took Obama two weeks to acknowledge it. And when he finally did, his supporters went from believing it was over a video (because Obama said it) to believing it was an act of terrorism (because Obama said it). It took minutes for the rest of the world to see that it was an act of terrorism. And those are the people who didn't by into the 'it was because of a video'.

Who needs Obama to tell us that the sun has risen? Oh, wait.................................
He can say the sun shines out of his arse and there ARE people who will believe it.
What occurred in those 2 weeks? Well for one thing the CIA finally altered their assessment.

Also, how is it not misleading for Obama to not have initially released an email titled Benghazi? I am sure that it had nothing to do with its appearance that it is asking to deceive.
I have never said that everyone agreed with the CIA assessment. Even people within the CIA disagreed with the assessment. The analysts who prepared the assessment were provided an opportunity on the Saturday before Susan Rice went on the talk shows to alter their initial assessment based on input from a CIA station chief in Libya, who disagreed with the assessment. The CIA analysts chose not to alter the assessment.

The CIA didn't change their assessment for around 2 weeks. The Senate intelligence committee report on Benghazi flagged the CIA assessment revision process as a problem.

The email exchange between the CIA, White House and State Department over the CIA talking points was made public quite some time ago, its been around a year now. Congress had access to those emails for months prior to their public release.

Whether it was the result of a protest over a video, or it was part of some larger effort, and the protest played beautifully as cover for that larger effort, the fact is that those of you who nitpick over every syllable that comes out of Obama's mouth are nitpicking. And it's pettiness, not substantive. Diplomatic missions in countries that are undergoing political upheaval are always at risk. Military installations in countries that are undergoing political upheaval are always at risk. Americans are targets. Reality sucks.
We've learned that we have to examine closely ("nitpick" according to you) every word that comes out of his mouth because too often he doesn't really say what we think he says, and what most intelligent people would understand him to say. No, he has his own meanings for words, and we'd better know what he means. How many times has he come out and said, "I was misunderstood" when he clearly misled us.

He didn't immediately call it terrorism (directly) but referred to 'acts of terror' to deflect from the reality that Al Qaeda is not on the run after all. He knew exactly what he was saying, and why. Words have meaning, remember. He said so himself.

Why they haven't caught the people is a good discussion, I have not heard that from Issa. Face it the primary focus of the committee is why Rice used the video, they don't care one bit about finding the terrorists who killed the Americans in Benghazi. Did you hear anything to that effect in the last hearing, just more of the same.

Benghazi Timeline

As Fact Check points out, Obama was clearly saying information that we knew was inaccurate when he was saying it. Was Obama misleading on Benghazi or was he left in the dark as government officials do not trust him and then let him say inaccurate information for days after?

Moreover, the latest Benghazi email, actually titled "Benghazi" should have previously been turned over well over a year ago. Why wasn't it? Carney's explanation is that the email titled "Benghazi" was not about "Benghazi", but rather middle east unrest in general despite it mentioning to blame Benghazi on a video and to downplay it as a terrorist attack. Is it not a form deception to have not turned over this email previously and pretend that it has nothing to do with Benghazi specifically - or is Obama's administration so inept that this was an innocent low-IQ mistake?

Moreover, this self-proclaimed most transparent administration in the world could release the CIA intel briefings to congress and prove that he did not mislead. We both know why Mr. Transparency won't do that.

It's clear the "talking points" and the Rice dance on 5 networks was a White House set-up
It's clear Obama was in on it, as evidenced by his smug proclamations to the UN which cast blame on supposed "religious intolerance" instead of on his own Admin's incompetence which is where the blame correctly lies.

Exactly.

It's the same story on the IRS controversy, with 54% saying the GOP in Congress has not overplayed its hand."
