How easy it is for liberals to cheapen the truth.
As if the Republicans are actually interested in the TRUTH. They are interested in using Benghazi to raise money for their own coffers.

Nothing more.

Talk about cheapening the truth.

They have to generate publicity some how or other. When this flops, back to birth certificates or Obamacare.

And to all you liberal hacks, if you truly believe there is nothing to find here, then you should urge the WH and State Dept to play along and comply. Hell, if there is nothing to anything here then them complying could make the GOP look like crazies in the end, right? You would be proven right by being open and transparent, right? So what the hell is your issue with that? Are you that scared that something bad will be found?
This is a GOP train wreck with the fund raising side show, not going to look good in the next election. The republican congressmen are fighting to get on the committee, please explain what would be different this time around and who he will call to testify. Definitely well on their way to shooting themselves in the foot once again.

Lindsey Graham wants to know why Susan Rice was picked as the spokeswoman. That's some vital information there. We demand to know!

They won’t pass a serious jobs bill, or raise the minimum wage, or reform immigration, but House Republicans think they can earn their pay for the rest of the year by exposing nonexistent malfeasance on the part of the Obama administration. On Thursday, they voted to create a committee to spend “such sums as may be necessary” to conduct an investigation of the 2012 attack on the consulate in Benghazi, Libya. The day before, they voted to hold in contempt Lois Lerner, the former Internal Revenue Service official whom they would love to blame for the administration’s crackdown on conservative groups, if only they could prove there was a crackdown, which they can’t, because there wasn’t."

Obamacare was supposed to be the star of the show, but since it failed to fail, and contrary to the Republicans' prognostications, the country is still standing (much to their dismay, I'm sure), they had to go to Benghazi, the understudy waiting in the wings.

But not to worry, folks, we know the GOP excels at putting on a show. They obviously have nothing else to do.
Great post, and, yes, does expose the GOP for the worthless fecal stains they've become just like it exposes how stupid the wingnuts who lap this nonsense up are. The Dems aren't much better but at least they occasionally actually attempt to improve the situation while Republicans have stopped even trying.

So if you are saying that attacks on the video never happened that is flat out incorrect.

Anti-American rage that began this week over a video insult to Islam spread to nearly 20 countries across the Middle East and beyond on Friday, with violent and sometimes deadly protests that convulsed the birthplaces of the Arab Spring revolutions, breached two more United States Embassies and targeted diplomatic properties of Germany and Britain.

It was the anniversary of 9-11. We had helped overthrow the government of Libya and those who supported the government had just watched Qadaffi drug through the streets and his corpse abused. We were running arms out of the embassy and people were upset over a video?

That is not true CIA intelligence created the talking points.

The CIA created the talking point about a spontaneous attack inspired by the attacks in Cairo and the attacks in Cairo were inspired by that video.

The former CIA director said that the talking points came from the CIA intelligence.

So what is the cover up?
Why was no one fired?
