"Before Ronald Reagan came along mom and pop shops were the backbone of the economy." I found this line, and the whole article, quite interesting. The article goes on to talk about the death of Sherman Anit Trust Laws, Healthcare, Student Loans, and so on for being various reasons as to why entrepreneurs are in decline. Do you feel that in today's world we have become to corporatized and that big box chains are pushing the little guy out?

Did Reagan Kill Entrepreneurialism?

Yes. A man that was President for 8 years completely altered all of history and was the worse human alive, while the other 13 men who were Presidents the entire century before him along with the 4 that were President after him, had nothing at all to do with anything.

Here's how it works:

Numbers 1-15 were all racist slave owners. Number 16 is a God...just don't call him a Republican. The rest you break down like this. D=super awesome great and R=racist evil white racist homophobic racists. Depending on how you're feeling you then have to take a twisting meandering hop-scotch like run through history and blame everything bad on some "other" people and everything good on "your" people.

You could have saved yourself a lot of typing by just telling us you believe the canonization of St Ronnie was justified.

I don't believe its justified. I'm no Reagan leg humper, nor am I some sycophant who only supports "my" people politically. You're barking up the wrong partisian tree here.

I find these threads pretty interesting with the circuitous routes that people take to point that their "team" is winning or that the "other" guy is bad.
