Vet alleges corruption, conflict of interest in state courts
Marine veteran who served in Vietnam, told Examiner.com Sunday he believes the New Jersey court system used his combat-related PTSD to "play games" against him in a legal battle that has gone on for years.
What is alleged doesn't matter if it cannot be proven true. If he can prove it I would champion it far and wide. That's how things change for the better. If people are behaving like this they should be taken to task.
His accounts seem pretty far fetched though. That multiple law firms would repeatedly stop communicating with him, have counsel appear in court completely unprepared after refusing to speak with him, ethics committees that were said to be called without record, certifications being made that were false, and court documentation mysteriously disappearing for no reason. Then asking for help he gets accused of falsifying evidence by the FBI, but cannot provide proof why they would say so.
This is just the first story and I think there needs to be more information.
