People who know better don't fall for the racism charges. The politicians know this - so they target this stuff towards people who don't know better - young voters.

How do "we all know" Ed Schultz is an idiot? Do you have access to his IQ, or something? Facts, folks -- arguments are useless without 'em.

So you agree that not liking Mexican food is racist? Or opposing a minimum wage increase?

Thanks for clearing that up for us.

Ed Schultz comment that not raising the minimum wage is racist, is in itself as racist comment. Ed's comment implies that a majority of those that would benefit from a minimum wage increase are minorities and that increasing the minimum wage is the only way that group can make more money. If you look at the idea, it is basically condescending toward minorities and those making min wage.

No not all progressives believe everything is racist. You do have some with an overly developed sense of societal guilt. They are the ones who see a racist element to any conversation regarding minorities. They are the ones that feel all the woes of the world are the white man's fault and that we some how owe restitution. They refuse to see that everyone is responsible for their own behaviors and the consequences that follow. In short they are extremists.
The average progressive that I know tend to feel the need for a more compassionate society. No argument from me on that count, the difference is how we achieve that society.
A true conservative is not anti government, or anti social services. We are for streamlined and effective Government that spends within in its means. Taxing to justify spending is never the answer, unless you have eliminated all waste first. If after waste is eliminated we need more revenue then fine increase taxes.
Unfortunately the extremists from both sides are the loudest.

Exactly. But that fact would be difficult for Ed to grasp.

Protip: If someone makes an intelligent comment, they don't make the show.
That's how propaganda works.

Ed's comment actually implies nothing. It acknowledges an objective fact. The majority of those that would benefit actually are women and minorities.

Supporting a secure border is "racist"

Supporting and defend the 2nd Amendment is "racist"

Support and defending American heritage and culture is "racist"

You and the left see "racism" in anything you disapprove of and dislike you have worn out that word and its meaning, and I for one am grateful.
