The entitlement crowd strikes again.
I take it you're against any kind of zoning code as well?

Do want to be told which behaviours are acceptible within your own home? It really is the same thing.
The Bible and churches try to regulate what goes on in the privacy of our homes all the times and you accept that. It's really is the same thing.

I'd def in favor of smoking bans although I'm Ok with E Cigs being allowed in most places. Many smokers now like their E Cigs over regular cigarettes and so on. Too; quite a few smokers DON'T being around 2nd hand smoke when they're eating.

Smoking bans were never put into place to protect consumers. They were enacted to protect workers and others (delivery persons, electricians, etc) who had to frequent establishments and couldn't get away from the smoke.

Like it or not, second hand smoke is bad for your health and is just disgusting overall.

The church cant make anyone do anything without government backing, do you see the problem now of allowing the state to have so much influence?
Seems like you are okay with govenment force so long as it suits your selfish agenda.

Should we ban stressfull jobs as well? No one has to accept a job they feel puts them at risk.
You control freaks cant even be consistent.

Keeping in mind that we are only allowed to be disgusted by certain things, of course.

I knew someone would come up with this lame argument. We should go back to children working in sweatshops, people working 70 hrs a week, no vacations, no child care leave, no nothing with arguments such as yours.

Yep. Have a kid? Too bad, Frank has spoken. Don't go to work there, find someplace else. Get sick? Too bad again. Don't go to work there. No worker deserves any protection at all. If you don't like it, find a job somewhere elsewhere question is, where?

Im not sure how child labor or sick pay, or day care fits into an argument about smoking bans? But it does substantiate my point that many cant be consistent in their beliefs and selfishly want what they want and dont seem to mind using government violence to prohibit others from doing something they enjoy.
