Most sensible people don't place the candidate's race at the top of their priority when discussing politics.

Default Why can't we have Asian American run for US president 2016?

My God Op, make an effort to educate yourself - the "politically correct" term is "Invasive American".

The high flyers are probably too smart and making mucho money in business to become involved in the compromise nuthouse that is politics.

There's nothing to stop anyone from running for office. Which candidate are you supporting, who is Asian American?

Nikki Haley is Asian American? I did not know that. Also I believe Ted Cruz was born in another country so running for president probably isn't going to happen, plus he is an insider tool that makes bad choices.

And inclusion of helping what is working
Chinese express food is in the poorest neighborhoods feeding starving poor people in our inner cities with spring rolls, eggs drop soup, sesame chicken lo mein...so if we just have fortune cookies as handouts included it can reach poor people messages of inspiration on how to get off the welfare system. So Chinese president would know how to save public assistance and food aid by using a Chinese express food mechanism that would be way more cost-effective
Oh, let's elect a president based on their race, and not on their accomplishments. That's not racist at all.

I doubt that the average Chinese American communicates through fortune cookies or express food delivery. My next door neighbor is second-generation Chinese and he is executive VP of a major corporation and holds degrees from Yale and Wharton.

Even if he/she wins, the policies won't be that much different from previous execs.
