It's not that it excuses criminal trespass. I don't see anyone claiming the guy wasn't trespassing. The thing is, criminal trespass doesn't excuse killing someone. Lots of people here claiming it does. Must be the fear.
It was not trespass. It was a burglary. There is a huge difference.

Please show us the posts you are speaking of....you said a lot....so give me a t least 5...you can just give the post #.
This way, instead of guessing which posts you are talking about, you can tell us, exactly...
Where do you people get this idea that an open door excuses criminal trespass?
That's the way the left thinks...leave your TV in the open, it fair game to steal....because well, it's in a window that happens to be unlocked....how dare you leave your window unlocked....
Never mind the window was closed, and the thief tried to push the window open...succeed, so yea, why is that not your fault...lol....

But if some pretty young lady in a short skirt and skimpy top is attacked at the bar or while walking home, it's never her fault. That's liberal logic.
In a perfect world, she should be able to walk home safely. We don't live in a perfect world.
In a perfect world, I should be able to leave my garage open. We don't live in a perfect world.
We all make choices and there are consequences for those choices regardless of what should or shouldn't happen.
Enter a private residence uninvited in the middle of the night and there's a good chance you get shot. Maybe in his perfect world he figured he'd get a ticket. We don't live in a perfect world.
Nobody says its a fair game but everybody points out that in any civilized country a TV or a car is not a reason to kill someone unless your safety is threatened. Not in Germany, not Canada, not in Australia and not in Japan. Coincidentally all of the mentioned above countries are much safer than ours. Any lessons taken here or this logic escapes you? lol

At least one German citizen was anything but civilized.
It was a CD forum - Montana. Maybe the people who actually live there don't know what they're talking about.
Maybe.....maybe not.
What is their expertise???
Are they the meth heads????
