I dont think Planned Parrenthood is the go to organization or authority when rape or sexual assualt occurs.
All irrelevant to what went on here.

It's the move of an idiot -- probably a criminal idiot -- of which there are millions working in every industry in the country. The only reason this made news is because the right spends all its time combing the airwaves for something like this that they can connect to the left, no matter how spurious the claim is.

And you just go right along with it, because you can't be bothered to think for yourself.

Shameful.
In part I agree with you BUT something like this should make the news so that people understand there are serious repercussions for not doing what is expected here.

Does these make every P.P. employee guilty? No. While I can only generalize as I do not know how many this consists of, P.P. did fight against these kinds of regulations and that is sad.

There is a reason for protocol. It matters to the health of the child. It matters to the collection of evidence. It matters to a police investigation. It all matters in court.

It may not matter to you, but that doesn't mean it doesn't matter.

Whether or not the family did the right thing it is irrelevant to the P.P. employee doing the wrong thing.

A father strikes his kid and breaks his nose. The mother takes him to the doctor and the doctor suspects child abuse. We can explain away his not doing anything about it because the mother brought the kid to him as opposed to the authorities?

The Fox article within the link is poorly written.

Here's a better link:
Arizona teen a 'serial rapist' who victimized 18 girls, sheriff says*-*Los Angeles Times

In a nutshell, the 18 year old has been indited on 18 counts of molestation and sexual abuse going back to 2009 when he was 12-13 years old. For whatever reason, no one reported these alleged crimes to the Police.
Allegedly, some families have left town because of this and some of the relocated girls are not coping well.

One girl became pregnant and instead of going to the Police, she went to PP, last December.

It's not clear how anyone determined that a PP employee intentionally miss-coded the incident.

The boy is a part of an online alternative schooling initiative because he claims girls were bulling him.

I think maybe some of them actually have talking points emailed to them on a daily basis--we seem to get the "breaking news" very quickly and consistently, in order that the outrage-fests begin asap.

It is heartening, however, to see that right wingers care so very much about the victims of rape (i.e., legitimate rape--the kind from which you cannot get pregnant).

This is pretty 'small potatoes' in the grand scheme of things. First we have to consider what PP does on a daily basis all over the country. I don't think a little matter of Rape is going to disturb their world. All that paperwork! Just for one Serial Rapist who likes to Rape children. Got to keep those priories in order.

And then you have to look at the most recent ICE document that shows that 36,007 Convicted Criminal Illegal Aliens were turned lose in 2013 .....

The document reveals that the 36,007 convicted criminal aliens freed from ICE custody in many instances had multiple convictions. Among them, the 36,007 had nearly 88,000 convictions, including:

193 homicide convictions (including one willful killing of a public official with gun)

426 sexual assault convictions

303 kidnapping convictions

1,075 aggravated assault convictions

1,160 stolen vehicle convictions

9,187 dangerous drug convictions

16,070 drunk or drugged driving convictions

303 flight escape convictions

Killers, Rapists ...... nobody cares.

An allegation is viewed as a conviction when the allegation validates one's viewpoint. In this case, it's the anti PP crowd.
