What happens? Nothing, as per usual. They will just claim they didn't know and the tax they owe, will be spread amongst the rest of us. The liberal utopia.
" they didn't know "..
They must have gotten that from Barack HUSSEIN Obama
scandal after scandal..........Benghazi to IRS............"I WAS UNAWARE "
I would like to thank obama for raising the cost of my health insurance. someone has to pick up the slack for the parasites, even if it is the middle class.

No. The other poster is correct. The IRS has the power to raid bank accounts and/or garnish wages for delinquent taxes and any other money owed to the federal government.
When 2014 tax returns are compared to subsidized Obamacare plans and there's a discrepancy between what one claimed on their Obamacare application as their income and what their income actually is, The IRS will either deduct what's owed from any refund and/or refundable tax credits such person would have received, or begin the steps necessary to seize bank account balances and/or garnish wages.
Think that won't happen? Think again. I knew someone who owed the federal government less than $700, and the IRS emptied his bank account with no warning right after he paid a bunch of bills causing all the checks to bounce. It was an unbelievable nightmare. Cost him WAY more than the $700 he owed the government. The bank AND his creditors both charged him for each bounced check.
So the left are totally unsurprised that many people lied about their income and are getting more subsidies than they deserve.
Why am I not surprised by this ?
How? W-2s and 1099s have to match what's reported as income.
Any deduction beyond the standard exemptions has to be documented, as well. Even colleges issue 1098-Ts to document tuition expenses for tax purposes.
The best chance of hiding income is being self-employed....or, work for cash.
