I don't see what's the problem.

If you think you're worth a thousand dollars an hour, who am i (or any of you) to say that they AREN'T? Sure, you might think they aren't...i might think the same thing. But that's between them and their employer.

Is it unrealistic to ask for 15 bucks an hour in many jobs? Sure. But so what!!

Americans retain the right to be unrealistic in their demands. And their employers have the right to reject their demands.

But let's not act as if it's some sort of crime to ask for more than you may or may not deserve. This is America. You can ask for anything you want.

There's a difference between asking and demanding. Along with that demanding there are people that want to FORCE employers to pay more than they and their employees have already agreed on. I'm with you. People can think what they are worth all the live long day. If your employer is not paying you what you think you are worth. Go find one that will.

No one owes you a house.

If you are worth $15 an hour or $1000 an hour, then that's what you'll be paid. If not, then I guess your ego is a bit inflated.

Sure....

How do you feel about the great worker that can not be paid more because of minimum wage laws???

It does happen.

If I paid worker A....more than B.....B will claim some sort of discrimination......race....sex....age....sexual preference.

And I can not create a new job title for A.......the labor board will fine me.

Not always.......the laws can stifle a great worker.

??? If a willing seller and a willing buyer agree to a transaction, and the buyer tenders timely payment in compliance with the terms of the transaction, doesn't the seller owe the buyer a house?
