I don't know if it holds up against the 14th Amendment or not, but I don't like passing laws about clothing beyond the bare minimum of public nudity laws (and even then, I think everyone should be able to go topless if they choose).
A lot of plumbers are now in trouble. You kind of wonder in a town of 2,000 in Tennessee who they are going to target? This is a way of hassling kids. In the past there were truancy, vagrancy, and curfew laws that were used to harass kids now we have saggy pants laws. By the way Obama has spoken previously on this and thought it was a waste of time making the laws.

All I can say is that I'm tired of seeing people's asses. Or their stupid underwear. The other day I got a triple whammy: asscrack shining, light gray underwear (maybe they were just dirty whites, I don't know), and an actual brown stain (what we used to call a skid mark) in the seat. Yeah, the guy was a class act. His pants' waistline was about mid-calf. If you want to show that your IQ is 10, wearing pants around your ankles and having a **** stain in your gray underwear is a great start.
As for a law. Don't know. Generally I don't think stupidity should be made illegal. But as I said, I'm tired of seeing people's asses. I wish the styles would change to wearing pants up to your armpits.
You know it's racist, because it only affects one race
