The FBI Is Struggling to Hire Hackers Who Don't Smoke Weed (wages, crime)

The FBI has a problem. The agency needs to hire hackers to build out its cyber crime division, but it also will not hire anyone who's smoked weed in the past three years. And guess what? A lot of hackers like to smoke weed.

I think the FBI is also going to struggle when paying such ridiculously low wages to people with computer science degrees. Entry level college grad at Microsoft starts 89K. If you are good I am sure you can demand more or get better else where.
Entry level FBI (GS 10 Step 1) is 42K I believe.
