Wow, those are some bold statements for being factually inaccurate.
Lets start with the fact the wins and losses in racial discrimination lawsuits hardly matter. In many cases the PC news coverage and perception will be the largest factors in how a business is judged. When Sharpton and other racial shakedown artists come to town with their "no justice, no peace" threatened boycotts, many businesses are instructed by their lawyers to make it go away. So right and wrong have little to do with it.
No personal offense is intended, but unless you are familiar with this subject, you should not speculate as if you have a strong understanding of the subject.
When you make a comment such as an absolute
"They would have been at zero risk for a racial discrimination suit", I'm reminded of the saying "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt."
