If you just put a tiny bit of thought into things you'd already know this especially since your question has already been answered a dozen times in this very thread.
What do you mean by mental health records and who submits them or reports them?

Mental illness alone does not kill people. Violent mentally ill people with guns kill people.

And planes crazy people hikacked full of fuel. Also, knifes as someone mentioned. And the biggest one of all....drunk drivers. Cars....cars kill a lot of people.

But guns do to...focus on whatever you hate the most. Or whatever the people you hate the most like.

That Lanza kid was turned away because of his mental history and he got his guns anyway - because he decided to be a criminal and no longer cared about doing things legally.

How would anyone know what a "super majority" of NRA members support when in fact the NRA is the only organization that has access to it's membership roles? Complete fabrication. I've pointed this out to you before but you aren't interested in facts, are you?

Secondly, I'll ask you again... how does the NRA have the authority to "not allow background checks? They don't get a vote in congress, they have no legal authority. All they can do is inform their members of politicians actions, and if that scares politicians enough to block background checks, than obviously that contradicts your claim that a "super majority" of NRA members approves of extended background checks, now doesn't it?

You must not even read your own posts, and you certainly aren't interested in facts, as you continue to espouse the same fabrications and talking points even after they've been debunked.

I'm only going to post this one last time but the NRA did want an active registry of mentally ill patients. I'm not sure why you're deflecting from this.

The NRA wants an ‘active’ mental illness database. Thirty-eight states have that now. - The Washington Post
