The Constitution still guarantees his rights. If, and when the government starts encroaching on those rights he has a right to point it out. Society's rules be damned. Slavery used to be a part of what society tolerated.

They always want to water the tree of Liberty with those guys over there's blood...absolutely never their own. It's why they are at home or at work, fomenting dissent but never ever at the forefront. There's a reason they are known as the 101st Fighting Keyboardists.
