His NBA franchise didn't matter much to him either for the greater part of 30+ years.

Thank you... finally somebody else who has the proper perspective.

Most of you sound like spoiled children who believe some kind of billionaire spanking was meted out. NO matter what you believe, or how warm and fuzzy you feel; he was taped illegally, the tapes went public illegally; what the NBA did was tat amount to persecution based on illegal evidence. That's all there is to it.

he wanted a championship which is why he also spent so much on doc rivers.

losing this team, and his credibility, and his reputation are far worse then whatever he'll get from this sale.
All assumptions, and nothing more. Aren't you the guy who also believes that Snowden should be executed?

2 billion for you and 2 billion for Sterling are two different things. Losing the team is a bigger loss to him than the money he is going to make on the sale.

I doubt that is the case with Sterling. I have good reason to believe it was just simply too good of a honeypot for him to not buy. 12 mil even in the 80's was a good deal for a pro club.

And the evidence that he simply was content with raking in money from tv shares, ticket sales and merch further proves this true by the fact that he refused to put a contender on the floor for 20+ years.

What do you think matters to the old school Jew?

Hint: it isn't courtside seats.

Do you see what happened here? Sterling got paid 2 billion dollars for being a bigot lol.

This dude worked Black America into a foaming mouth frenzy....then as the angry mob were about to raise their hands in victory, in the blink of an eye, Sterling pocketed thousands of Black American Dreams.

He bought the team for 12 million dollars.......

Trust me, he is laughing. He is in happy tears.

Gotta love social justice....LOL
So are right-wing conservatives. I haven't seen them this happy since Andrew Johnson helped derail the Reconstruction.

You may be right, Sterling seems to be missing a few marbles these days.

Exactly! What if it happens to any of the posters who are so against Sterling and they are getting convicted without a proper trial...don't start whining since that is what you wish on others too!
