You do realize that raising minimum wage won't narrow the gap, right? Watch Seattle closely and see what happens.

How many times do the facts have to be repeated to get through to those who keep voting against their own best interest? One? Five? Ten? Fifty? Will they ever get it? Or will they just keep voting themselves into poverty?

Jesus Christ... According to the very definition of "narrow the gap," raising the MINIMUM wage will do just that.

You don't even need to watch Seattle to see what will happen. You can just look at San Jose and see what actually happened when they raised their minimum wage.

and left wingers like to rely on idiocy. in many cases, crime happens in low income areas, regardless of race. I understand and acknowledge that. what you fail to understand and acknowledge is that the red wing states you despise are filled with minorities.

What makes you think no other incomes will rise? What makes you think prices won't increase thereby widening the wealth gap?

of course you don't despise them. you're gonna need a place someday to play golf, put up a wall, pay low taxes, and avoid blacks. but I am referring to the south bashing that goes on from the left with regards to welfare states. too lazy to see if you take part in it, but your ilk certainly does.

Um, no. Most of the crappy states I listed have fewer minorities than average, so they can't blame minorities for their failures.

P.S. stats aren't "racist."
