the post i was initially responding asked why are there poor obese people?
i responded chips and soda are cheaper than salad and milk

as to this cost comparison
I was speaking to the topic of MW workers not getting enough to eat
they are working all the time and not being paid to enuff or given a long enuff lunchbreak to go buy a head of lettuce for lunch and or lug a GALLON of milk back to their register
so they go to the vending machine and buy a 50 cent bag of chips and wash it down with a 99 cent soda and back to the grind

Hope that helps
Ever hear of lunch buckets????

Yep...apples and bananas cannot be taken to work. Don't you know low wage grunts must eat from vending machines. That's how the man keeps them down.

You are clearly mad at the wrong people
these FS recipients are working FULL TIME,,,and still qualify for your tax money because their employers wont pay them enuff to cover basic life necessities
SO WHY ARE YOU MAD AT THEM?
Stop making minimum wage.
