how come everytime the libs get exposed, they get so freaking mad. I can't stop laughing.

300,000 brothers voting for a gun runner, just so they can keep there welfare and section 8 coming!

1 - the voting public not holding officials accountable and/or not exercising due diligence.

2 - voting fraud/corruption

Random things happen? Why shouldn't they happen? I think you mean isolated not random. Random suggests there was no rhyme or reason to the outcomes. These things happened for very specific reasons.

Sure, gerrymandering, for example, is a form of voting fraud.

If it wasn't....there wouldn't be such an outcry by citizens in so many districts to control the redistricting process.

And that is just a benign example. Only a clown would think there isn't a fixed game going on here.
