The president of the United States is the most powerful man on earth. That's been true pretty much since Day 1.
That said, the one we have now is the laughingstock of the world. When he was first elected, he was adored around the world. Other countries soon came to their senses and saw what a good many of us saw from the beginning: the man now in office is nothing but a little community organizer with the IQ of a gnat.
But yes, the office of the presidency is the most powerful office on earth. Baracky 0-Tool-Boy, not so much.
Don't you understand that when obama draws cheering crowds is because only people friendly to obama, those that follow his principals, are allowed in to see him. Everywhere he speaks, here or out of the country, those are the rules. If you don't love him, you aren't allowed into the audience. That way it appears everyone agrees with him. Having non believers boo him wouldn't look good, so they don't take the chance..
All of his crowds are pre-screened...
In many instances here in this country, they pay people to attend so the crowd looks bigger. He is not popular enough to draw large crowds, many people have now figured out he is an incompetent traitor to America..
Obama , even before he was elected went to other countries apologizing for the United States..
Obama thinks as a world leader. His main interest is not the United States. His objective is bringing the United States down quite a few pegs and allow other nations to grow stronger and let us fall by the wayside.
All of Obama's decisions have been for the betterment of other countries or for the downfall of this nation as far as higher costs to live
. Now Obama is attacking the coal industry head on . We get 40 percent of the nations electric supply from coal. We are also a very rich coal nation. Obama is against oil drilling and has cut down drastically the amount of permits to drill.
Obama is not for this nation. His own words reflect that in his comments. One has to listen very carefully and look at how his decisions affect the average individual who has to meet the cost of living in this country.
With higher energy and food plus health costs we are a doomed nation especially in a bad economy and high unemployment. Obama's own personal vision for this nation is reflected in his actions and it is not good for the average American. This is the worst possible time to move against coal and oil.
The housing industry is dead, foreclosures continue and the cost of living is going through the roof.
Pope Francis fits better as a leader of unification.
Obama obviously put the US interests in first place.
obama the communist traitor has NEVER put the US interest first. He puts his own interest first, America come in last to him. He hates America and he hates the military.

Hard left extremist don't get that lol
Question, when a president speaks at a West Point graduation don't they usually give the president a standing ovation?
UH ..... did you actually load that White House video?
The "applause" was pretty tepid, sorta like he got at his big West Point speech and a lot better than Hagel got at Baghran with his "Happy Day" speech last week ..... which was Dead Silence.
Obama tried to "work the crowd" by starting off with praise of Lech Walesa (hero 1 of the Polish Revolution) and then with his praise of Pope John Paul (hero 2 of the Revolution) - he of course totally ignored the American President Ronald Reagan (hero 3 of the Revolution) ... none of that worked really well. I'm guessing that the Poles might remember that their great friend Obama refused to allow Lech Walesa into the White House to accept an award in 2012 - The O claimed that Walesa was "too political". That was the same event (Medal of Freedom Award) where Obama referred to "Polish Death Camps" .... which caused total Outrage in Poland.
Mr. Walesa found himself sitting across the table from Obama at the Banquet after the Speeches commemorating the Polish Election (which Walesa won) - he had his chance to tell Obama exactly what he thinks of his "leadership" ... I'm guessing that was a bit uncomfortable for the Prez, but he should have expected it from the way he has treated Poland and it's leadership.
All in All - I would say it was a pretty successful visit as Obama didn't do anything to embarrass the USA. We need to be grateful for small favors at this point.
This is obviously controversial. But I'm just wondering - from your perspective, does it ever cross your mind that Obama is like the ultimate leader of the world right now? That when he speaks, he is the world's ultimate voice of strength and unification - almost like a Godfather figure?
Obama does not even speak for his party. What he says is ignored by real world leaders. He is a joke. Putin has shown us that.
Pres. Obama has a different style when it comes to world affairs. The world is used to seeing a Pres. who acts first and worries about how to fix any issues that come up.
The Pres. seems to get more information before responding to most issues (see responses to Ukraine, Syria, Libya). The other world leaders seem to come into line as issues and responses are proposed.
Not for one second have I thought Obama was the leader of the world. Why would anyone think that? I think Obama has the least world influence of any president since 1960. Putin doesn't fear him. Chavez made jokes about him.
Obama may be more popular with non-politicians around the world - many who didn't like GW Bush. But I think world leaders are not impressed by Obama at all.
