What do you mean by 'a right is universal'? It applies throughout the universe? That's a pretty strange statement to make.

But I thought conservatives insisted that health care should be regarded as a privilege you get in return for being able to pay for it. To conservatives there are few real rights, but a lot of privileges required to be earned in order to properly live a personally responsible life.
gay marriage is literally the least important issue of the last 48,000 years. fruits begging for permission to bang who they want? christ. how pathetically insecure.
Straights are tired of getting permission from the government to do what they want, too.
It is a wedding cake and they have the right not to support a gay marriage in any regard. If their moral compass tells them gay marriage is wrong , it goes against their belief system and they should not be forced to bake a cake for a gay wedding.

Being black has nothing to do with morality, so not a good comparison. A better comparison would be a 10 year old and a Nambla member wanting a cake to celebrate their copulation. Most moral compasses would be off the charts on that one.
The comparison between race and choosing to be gay and living a gay lifestyle is ridiculous.
This judge is disgusting and should be impeached, people are entitled to their beliefs...Just because you disagree with them doesn't make it against the law.
So that means you chose to not be gay? Bull, no one chooses their sexual orientation and only those who are ignorant about human sexuality think one can choose to be gay. One can no more choose to be gay or straight, then to be black or white. And being gay is not a lifestyle. The baker does not need his religion to run a business or to bake a cake and his religion does not give him the right to discriminate against anyone, religion does not trump law, the laws are in place to keep religion from imposing on others rights. The judge made a decision and because it does not stand by religious doctrine, he deserves to be impeached? Talk about separation of church and state and why we need it.
