Doctors deny patients medical treatment based on age. They regularly turn away patients who want to be sterilized, based on age, even if it will help alleviate pain from medical conditions. Where is the law preventing this discrimination?
I know someone that is 77 and was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. He was told "you only have a few years left anyway, live with it".

This is age discrimination. Where do we draw the line?

How do you know a gay person's job was not effected by this very case.

Not hired....hours cut....job never created.

Well it is the government's place to make sure Americans are not being discriminated against.

It's the government's sworn duty to defend the Constitution's guarantee of freedom of religion.

Ah, I see you found the straw for your strawman argument.

Freedom of religion doesn't mean freedom to be a bigot in a place of business. Stop using religion to hide behind to your own bigotry.

Default Colorado man forced to bake gay wedding cakes, ordered by judge to attend "sensitivity training"

Wouldn't a baker who mastered limp-wristedness (sensitivity enhancement) be relegated to that division of labor restricting to cake decorating only?

Marxism: You are your job, man.

Cake decorators don't knead dough; they invest primarily in appearances.

apeeriori - adverb

"in a way based on theoretical deduction rather than empirical observation : sexuality may be a factor, but it cannot be assumed a priori."

a posteriori - adverb

"in a way based on reasoning from known facts or past events rather than by making assumptions or predictions."

"• (loosely) with hindsight; as an afterthought."

Stop defending your bigotry against Christianity by equating racial discrimination with religious opposition to immorality.

A universal right is one that you have regardless of societies rules, one that simply comes as a part of being human.
Universal rights do not require action on the part of others to bestow them on you but rather only a lack of actions from others that would interfere with these rights.

Having a "right" to healthcare requires action on the part of others on your behalf, therefore it is a societal based privilege.
