I believe one could have a rational discussion on this. There may even be opt outs but not ones that would likely be well received.

I'll try.....We do require a business to have a business license. Now I know the first argument is that there shouldn't be a business license.

There is. I'm pretty anti myself but I can't get too worked up over this. To get this license you agree to certain things. Such as you will serve the community, period.....because the community is going to serve you by providing police and fire services.

If you want to opt out of these, so be it. Under no scenario would I accept re-education classes.

Not all businesses need a license.......I do not need or, have one.
