I noticed a good guy attacked the bad guy with pepper spray and subdued him before he could kill more. In many liberal states that is illegal. maybe if he would have tried to hold his hand and sing "Kumbaya" that would have made the shooter stop. You liberals will never understand. Arm good people to to maximum..and the problem of bad, scumbag people will slowly wither away in this nation.
Seriously? So the good guys with a gun have shoot-outs in the streets with the bad guys with a gun. Unless they are both excellent shots a lot of innocent people are going to be caught in the cross-fire. Does it matter to a parent if his child died from a good guy's bullet rather than a bad guy's bullet?

Yep. I'll admit to having my under age 18 daughters carry "illegal" pepper spray for years when we lived in Illinois (pepper spray is only legal for those 18 and older in Illinois). They were prepared to try to fend off attackers. Go ahead and charge them with... oooh... carrying "illegal" pepper spray, after they evade an attack. That Illinois law makes NO sense.

Out of curiosity, in what states is pepper spray illegal?
The trend is they all seem to occur in gun free zones ..and they all seem to be committed by mentally unstable Democrats whose parents never disciplined them, and instead gave them medication to try and cover their parental mistakes!
Isla vista is not a gun free zone nor is it ucsb. It is very close and many students live there but not campus.
