Mental illness? Complete nonsense.
Really? Have you been living under a rock for 20 years to not know the significantly higher rates of mental illness among homosexuals?
4x more likely to suffer from depression compared to heterosexuals
Lesbians are 3x more likely to suffer GAD

And in other areas -
Lesbians are 10x more likely to smoke compared to heterosexuals.
50% of gay or bi men have taken drugs in the last year compared to 1:8 heterosexual men.

discriminate? Really? That's a poor word choice when someone actually cares about another.

Is it discriminating if a medical center goes to an area where predominantly african americans live, to educate them about the risks of high blood pressure, obesity, & higher rates of having a stroke? Because over 40% of african americans have high blood pressure & 48% are obese. But maybe we should just keep our distance & not only let them carry on, but applaud when the rate trend continues.

Time to impeach some judges.
100% could vote to violate the constitution and it wouldn't matter because the court would still, rightly, rule that it was a violation of the constitution. BTW this is the courts doing EXACTLY what they're set up to do in the constitution.

You can't say how much you love the constitution then keep violating it every time you find it convenient.

Then what do you suggest for those who find themselves attracted to the same sex? Conversion therapy? That works so well.

We are drifting majorly from the topic, lets stay on topic or within realms of marriage equality.

That tends to happen when some people start to raise their bigot flags. Things like marriage equality brings them out of the woodwork every time.

I think most of the Supreme Court would rather eat slugs than deal with this again.
