Elevated rates of depression and suicide amongs gays are a direct result of the hatred and ostracization inflicted upon gays by people like you. You kill people with your venom.

Is this really your argument as to why it should be legal to discriminate against gay people in business matters? Go back to "more gays are depressed, and gay men are more likely to have AIDS than straight men". That makes more sense.

Is it discriminating if a medical center goes to an area where predominantly african americans live, to educate them about the risks of high blood pressure, obesity, & higher rates of having a stroke? Because over 40% of african americans have high blood pressure & 48% are obese. But maybe we should just keep our distance & not only let them carry on, but applaud when the rate trend continues.

Yep, if the majority of people vote against same sex marriage go get a judge to overturn the will of normal people.

100% could vote to violate the constitution and it wouldn't matter because the court would still, rightly, rule that it was a violation of the constitution. BTW this is the courts doing EXACTLY what they're set up to do in the constitution.

Then what do you suggest for those who find themselves attracted to the same sex? Conversion therapy? That works so well.
The Supreme Court usually doesn’t take cases in which there’s no disagreement at lower-court levels. SCOTUS would get involved if a lower court went against the the 27 state decisions in favor of same sex marriage.
I think most of the Supreme Court would rather eat slugs than deal with this again.
