Capital gains taxes are how CEO's pay taxes on their personal income, and the capital gains tax rate is around 15%.
So non-CEO Americans who make $400,000+ a year are in a 39% tax bracket.
And CEO's who make millions of dollars a year are in a 15% tax bracket.
CEOs get a pay package, that includes a salary, that is taxes at the higher rates, and stock options that are taxed at the capital gains rate WHEN THOSE OPTIONS ARE SOLD AND NOT BEFORE. they also get bonuses taxed at the higher rate, as well as a number of other benefits that are also taxed at the higher rate. do some research and dont listen to what the politicians tell you because the politicians are generally wrong because they have an agenda to push.

I have no hatred for the rich, and I respect many CEO's. I just hate the fact that rich CEO's have lower tax rates than regular Americans. The following news story shows how billionaire Warren Buffet has a lower tax rate than his secretary.

Schools have zero-tolerance for all sorts of things. Getting kicked in the face can get you suspended, for instance. It's not really about guns.
