Like I said, if it's their choice and they decide to quit insuring clinics no crying...

Exclamation Stop the Choke!

If you feel that what our government is doing to businesses is unconstitutional then you need to read the information in this website. Home » Operation Chokepoint No matter what party you voted for this crosses the line with intimidation and coercion! Wake up America!

It certainly seems to cross the line, at least according to the link I posted earlier from the American Banker. The operation was originally intended to disrupt fraudulent interstate schemes, which in of itself is a Federal matter. However the list of industries being targeted as 'high risk' seem to follow no set logic, and the application of the strategy has no known boundaries.

As I stated earlier- it is far overreaching in scope and intention.

Ahh comeon. YOu really can't all be that dumb. That is a straw man made of whole cloth likely by the pay day loan industry. Their scam does not work without bank account access so they are trying to drag a whole mess of unrelated businesses into the affair.

There is absolutely no indication that choke point involves gun shops or fireworks or many of the others.

Pure BS.

It is a straw man. And a dumb one. Find a credible source for that list.

Hell even the wiki is careful not to claim it to be real.

There have been abortion clinics closed because of state intervention, I don't see MA creating some new regulations to close gun shops so you.

You live in an alternate universe, if you have specific proof from a reliable source then feel free to share.
