gun shops here have also had litigation issues pertaining to their right to do business.
it would seem some would dictate our rights as they see them.

They don't have to create any new regulations. All the insurance companies have to do is cancel coverage. If enough cancelled coverage because of risk, the only clinics remaining would be those who could self-insure.

The gun nuts come up with a new conspiracy theory just about every day. The only thing they have in common is they're always stupid and always a figment of their imaginations.

No the issue is not their right to do business, it is about the right of gun shot victims or their families and relatives to seek redress and compensation for the pain, suffering, injury, short or long term disability, loss of income and death that their business is a contributing factor if not a necessary contributing factor cause.

The gun industry and that includes gun retailers have benn given a pass to shirk their respnsibility to make good the damage they contribute to and as shirkers place this burden on the victims, their families or relatives and the American community at large largely through government taxation and spending.
I think punks like our progun community should be called to account for their foolishness. If we would let our courts , insurance industry and the financiers who back them up to do what they do best (you do believe in the invisible hand of capitalism ?) . If the invisble hand would get a grip on gun violence and we would have a safer, happier and healthier nation.

Thanks for a credible source, finally. The DOJ provided high risk ratings on some businesses that generated a large volume of Paypal or cash business. Why would a gun shop do a large percentage of their business through cash or Paypal. Banks have been a focus in the past for money laundering, I recall HSBC was one of the culprits.

The insurers and banks were not forced to drop these businesses, it was all about risk and I am sure they can find another source. This amounts to a few businesses that were impacted across the nation, have to wonder why a purchaser needs to use Paypal, I am sure it happens once in awhile for some unknown reason but if it's a large volume you have to wonder.
