So stealing groceries from a car with a dead woman in it is a normal occurrence?

I've never even heard of such a thing happening before.

I realize that. There is middle class culture, trailer park culture, ghetto culture -- but I wouldn't be one to assume that this involved ANY of the American cultures. We haven't seen pictures or the names of the thieves involved, they very easily could be from another culture that isn't American at all.

South of the border, no one would even blink an eye over something like this and we're getting a whole lot of that culture.

My next guess would be someone from American ghetto culture but that would be just a guess -- I don't assume it was an American at all.

I also haven't heard of it before in this country. That's one reason I'm not one of those so quick to assume it was some kind of any kind of American.

Or maybe folks like me that don't find it that alarming or surprising. After all, isn't this the same
culture that tweeted away when the sci guy collapsed at USC.

Or how about that horrendous incident in NY, after that guy tried to save a woman from a
mugger, was stabbed and lay bleeding, and people just walked around him.
Here you had the good Samaritan, and then the rest of them.

Sure, taking groceries from a dead woman's car is low, but not as low as ^^^^^

Shelves in Walmart stores in Springhill and Mansfield, LA were reportedly cleared when the stores allowed purchases on EBT cards even though they were not showing limits. The chaos that followed ultimately required intervention from local police, and left behind numerous carts filled to overflowing, apparently abandoned when the glitch-spurred shopping frenzy ended.
