I am not sure how starting a car could scare a child.....but OK...it did.
Why did they both stay there....both should have left the area.....it looked about even to me.
Who could be in BIG trouble????
The man.....he has no right to video children and post it on the internet.
He needs to find an attorney and a good one......first thing in the morning.
Where do you get your info from? A person can record others in public. No law against it.
So when people record little league or pee wee football games they should have charges brought against them?

It could happen....yes.
You can not film if there is an exaptation of privacy.....there was not...or,
for intimidation.
It would depend what was done with the video......I think she just might has a case.
It is perfectly legal to video tape anyone in any public place or anywhere you wouldn't have a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathroom, locker room).

But, was it to intimidate???
Putting it on the internet the way it was presented......maybe.

LMFAO, Nothing you said in this post is true.
1. 90% of the stores you go into record you, as do they record their parking lots. It is not illegal to record anyone in public
2. That man was not legally obligated to move an inch because he was inside his vehicle. The women however was not inside the store and continued to antagonize the man.
3. If anyone needs a lawyer, its the women as she threatened the man with bodily harm( hot coffee to his face)
Either you watched a different video or you are fundamentally misinformed about the law.
The fact is plain and simple: The WORLD has made NO inroads to ending racism. Racism is alive and well in this country and continues to flourish. No amount of tree hugging is going to change the human response to different skin color.
That's just a flat out ridiculous statement. Was not Donald Sterling forced to sell his interest in the Clippers over a racist remark? Yes he was. Therefore, your contention is proven false.
Basically I didn't see what happened first. both seem to want confrontation really. Police? Get real; they have better things two do than deal with these two.
