A secure encrypted system is set up and whistleblowers and MSM make use of it.
The NSA cannot decipher and capture this type of data.
If you've read about how Snowden communicated with the Guardian that is what they used.

Well the Obama administration has sic'd their lawyers on them with "Administrative subpoenas" by the hundreds. Administrative supoenas enjoy a special privilege ... they do not have to be approved by a judge nor requires proof of probable cause.

Now why is the Obama administration trying to find out who these whistleblowers and their MSM counterparts are ?

Stuff like this makes the Nixon administration look like angels.

Instead, it's lawyers from the President Barack Obama administration employing the power of the administrative subpoena in a bid to siphon data from POGO's encrypted submission portal. POGO's site encourages whistleblowers to use Tor as the gateway and has garnered more than 700 tips about abuse and mismanagement at the US Veterans Administration after less than a month of operation.

The administrative subpoena, which does not require the Fourth Amendment standard of probable cause, comes as the number of so-called drop boxes from media organizations and other whistleblower groups is on the rise in the wake of the Edward Snowden revelations.

The group said in an e-mail that 25 percent of the tips it has received "come from current or former VA staffers."

For Cultists, this will either be explained away or brushed off as "phony"...

Now, let's go back to frothing about the two nuts in the Vegas shootings, since leftists FINALLY have a mass murder in which they can paint with a big broad brush!

I have long wondered about the question of how many liberals are true believers, and how many are mercenaries just looking for the next rent-seeking scheme. I think the conduct of the Obama admin has removed any doubt that the vast majority are either mercenary or useful idiots. Precious few actually believe in the cause of liberalism. There are some, such as Jonathan Turley, Glenn Greenwald, Natt Hentoff, and Pat Caddell. But they are few and far between.

Contrast that to the conservative critics of the W Bush admin, which according to Tim Russert were legion.

Obama has been screwing our war veterans, delaying any health care for them but he has sure been quick to get the Central Americans pouring over the border at a rate of over a thousand a day, an immediate $1.4 billion so the moochers can start receiving their free healthcare as soon as they arrive.

How does this make the Nixon Administration look like Angels, are you claiming the Administration is trying to hide evidence that they did something ?

Really?

Then, you're officially a Police State.

Congratulations are in order.

Congratulations.

Time to light the incense and sprinkle the holy water....

Salvati robul tau.
Cine spera in Tine, Dumnezeul meu.
Doamne, auzi rugaciunea mea.
Si strigatul meu sa vin la Tine.
Domnul sa fie cu voi.
Si cu duhul tau.

Doamne miluieste-ne pe noi
Hristos miluieste-ne pe noi
Doamne miluieste-ne pe noi

Tatal nostru care esti in ceruri......

Dar, ne elibera de rau.
Salvati robul tau

Cine spera in Tine, Dumnezeul meu.
O, Doamne, auzi rugaciunea noastra.
Si strigatul meu sa vin la Tine.
Domnul sa fie cu voi.

Si cu duhul tau

Sa ne rugăm.

In numele Tatalui
Al Fiului
Al Sfantului Duh
Amin

Mergi cu Dumnezeu

Pronouncing Last Rites for the constitutional republic that was the United States of America....

Mircea

I'm not sure that people really understand how brave these VA Whistleblowers are (and Federal Government whistleblower for that matter) ..... they KNOW they will face retaliation, may lose their jobs, their retirements ..... basically their whole lives .... if the dare to expose the corruption in our Federal Government.

They also know that the Federal Government and Congress will not protect them .... the protection is lip service and not real at all. They can't even trust the Inspector Generals, and I would remind everyone that the Veterans Affairs Department has had an "acting" IG ever since Obama was elected. The "acting" IG's are a lot easer to control because they basically are responsible to their Agency in hopes of become recommended for the "real" job instead of responsible to Congress with no fear of being dismissed for a report that criticizes the Agency/Department they are supposed to be "investigating".

Watchdog group hit with subpoena from Department of Veterans Affairs inspector general seeking whistleblower identities

Scary Times we live in.
