32 year old Lucy proceeds to laugh at taxpayers like they are suckers taking bait and proceeds to detail her marijuana usage and laziness. She admits that her parents and most likely her children will also take advantage of living this lazy, no-work life.
Lucy says why should I get up when I get paid to stay home and visit friends. Ya'll can preach about morality. Doesn't think she is doing anything wrong and considers herself a good person.

Welfare abuse is a severe problem across the country. Each year, millions of Americans receive government benefits such as housing assistance, food stamps, telephone service, and other funds.
Rather than supporting themselves, many of these citizens feel the taxpayers should foot their bills. Time and time again, there have been gross examples of people taking advantage of the system. Taxpayers continue to be robbed of their hard-earned dollars.
Welfare and other assistance programs are a self-perpetuating burden on taxpayers. It was meant to help people temporarily, not give people a free ride through life at the expense of hard working tax payers.
I guarantee you there are millions of Liberals at the ready to make excuses for her. They will excuse her, because she is a product of their creation. Can’t go talking about the “chirrens,” now can we Liberals?!
The call had the ring of truth and was likely legit, although either way it is a sheer guess. When questioned, she provided specific numbers, which a troll caller would have been unlikely to provide. Numbers can be checked out. She kept trying to justify herself by saying in essence 'blame the game, not the player.' That is a legitimate point that a troll would be unlikely to think of.
It is a guess either way, and anyone who claims to be able to divine the true nature of 'Lucy' is delusional. But we do know that we have a welfare state that is out of control when half of US birth are paid for by Medicaid, and over half of infants draw WIC.
I have to get drug tested to work, why not drug test people who live off the taxes I pay?
