Our little league teams had to close their "snack shacks" last year.

The had no food license.

That is so sad, when my kids were in Little League our "snack shacks" actually had their shacks permitted and inspected as a "Certified Kitchen" just so they would not have this issue.
Every parent that worked those shacks had to get a food handlers card as well.

We are working on things.

I ran the water line in the building and installed the drain......now it is up to the others to get busy.
