Fallen Moncton RCMP officer’s police dog, Danny, breaks the hearts of Canadians as he whimpers at funeral | National Post

Thousands attend RCMP regimental funeral service for Moncton officers | Globalnews.ca

RIP you police officers. Your sacrifice will always be remembered. We do a job, MOST will not and MOST will never understand.

My heart and soul is with your families; children who will never see their fathers again. All because you stand up for others. Ours is a noble cause...

Figures. Two police officers killed. And the anti establishment people on this board say notta. These men did nothing to be murdered. Yet, the anti police crowd will rally around a police officer, in their misguided and ignorant position, someone was searched illegally.

It's always sad when a police officer or another first responder is killed in the line of duty. They're heroes in risking our lives for us.

But I don't really think this is political or otherwise controversial. What kind of responses were you expecting? What kind of controversy were you brewing?

Hopefully a lot of the nut jobs anti-government types can read those links and realize the inevitable result of their irrational hatred. It's also a nice warning to those nutjobs who homeschool their kids.

There's no reason that upstanding people like those 3 officers should die. They were good people with families who made a difference in their community.

We all do.
Terrible thing, just terrible.
Fellow officers came from all over the world, USA to Australia, to pay their respects.
