Well, at least Obama is in office to witness his own failures.

This is ISISS, not Al Qaeda, even Al Qaeda distanced themselves from this group.

A good example of how Americans are ignorant of the rest of the world.

Read your own links, it's not al Qaeda. It's usually in the first fricken sentence that it's Isis.

Not sure how it is that Obama somehow controls the rise or fall of mideast terror groups, but OK...

Guess what? The people joining those movements don't give a rat's patootie who the American president is. Anything that isn't Muslim enough for them is their target, and it is usually their own governments who are the nearest. That's what it means to be an ideologue.

America's war machine has been a complete failure since Vietnam, there has been an increase in so called terrorist groups since we started this so call "War on Terror" which by the way is not a war but really only a slogan.
Good article here on the subject of America's military might.

Smart move on the US' part, to topple the only pseudo-secular government in the region.

I seriously doubt Obama cares or considers it a failure.

To split a hair: The US is unparalleled at war. In Iraq, the occupation was botched. Badly.
