After entering the bar and sitting down at a table, the group, which included gay men and several transgender women, was ignored despite every other table in the establishment getting table service. To get drinks and a hookah, they were forced to make trips to - and order from - the bar.

Then they were offended because somebody expressed their opinion when they printed the receipt.
poor babies...
On second look, I find the "Automatic Gratuity $21.42" a lot more objectionable than the comment! I would never go back to THAT place!
Apparently, from the Lambda Legal site, they just filed the suit on June 10th, 2014!
It took THAT long for the customers to determine that they had been picked on?
The manager gave them a new receipt without the "slur", but they kept the old one?
The manager should have been smart enough to trade receipts; "You give me that one, I give you this new one, with a 20% discount for your trouble!"
