If it had not been for political pressure there would have been no trial untill technology advanced to the point that it could be determined beyond a reasonable doubt who was crying for help on the audio tape.

The original decision not to prosecute was correct.

The reasonable doubt standard is a good one; let's keep it.

Of course black people have the right to defend themselves but like everyone else, they don't have the right to attack people. Why did Trayvon attack GZ? Probably because he was a stupid thug looking for something to do.

I do not either. That is why I would rather see a guilty man go free than an innocent man in prison.

No, it isn't.

A specific defense of "stand your ground" has to be entered for such a claim to be made.

Zimmerman pled not guilty by reason of self defense.

Educate yourself about Florida state law, rather than embarrass yourself by making ignorant statements.

Trayvon Martin didn't get a jury..........just an idiot with a gun decided his fate.

Do I trust the justice system in this country? No, I do not.
Trayvon was his own jury.

Not witnesses, ONE witness, Mr. book deal John Good.

Sorry that's what I meant. I sometimes get the names mixed up. Why was Martin on top? Why did he attack? What was his motive?

No it's not and this just proves again how ignorant you are to the facts in this case.

Stupidity? He was high? He liked to fight? Robbery?

All of these things are proven facts about Trayvon, pick one.
