When did Chelsea Clinton become a ruler? Why are so many people who claim to be capitalists so butt hurt over a private company paying someone a large sum of money for a job?

Heck, I don't even recall liberals complaining about that. I definitely don't remember these right wingers complaining about Palin being handed high paying jobs.

Personally I don't care how much private news channels want to pay their talking heads.

...She didn't. The mere mention of the name Clinton makes some people foam at the mouth.

I think the baby is being paid $300k as a consultant, hence the rather large paycheck that's been attributed solely to Chelsea.

I just don't know exactly what she did for them - probably research.

See - having one of those "other degrees" pays off.
So go out and get that Ph.d in philosophy and rack up those student loans - you might
get a job making 600K a year.
Yep, won't work for the average bear. We had a thread about stuff like this in the employment forum. It's called "connections" magnified to the ??nth degree and nepotism.

Same liberals that blast CEO pay, blast some wealthy and preach about inequality. Hypocrites. No way has she every done anything worthy of a salary like that, especially when NBC, the Clintons, and liberals everywhere love to preach about the poor and unfortunate.

Let me guess, she thinks shes as broke as her mom was huh....

"For some reason"...really?

From your link, which you probably didn't read past the first paragraph:

Clinton, who joined NBC News as a special correspondent in November 2011, was up for renewal or nonrenewal this year. Instead, the sources said, the network decided to keep her on the payroll on a month-to-month basis so the two parties could sever ties if Clinton’s mother, Hillary Clinton, runs for president.
