And this whole nonsense that he said it takes months/years to gather all the comms sent/received by her. They've been stonewalling from day one. Corruption at its worst.
And he was right. They had no intention of complying, they didnt comply.
I would bet the average desktop in most government agencies do not have RAID disk. Secondly, what would be the incentive in July 2011 to use extraordinary measures to recover the data on a desktop drive.
Hmmm, well if "SUPPOSEDLY" all her info/years worth of emails were stored on there, you sure as hell would want them back. But there was no need for RAID, we have networks now. You can be wired, wireless, doesnt matter. Servers will save emails sent and received.
Breaking News: IRS says that they also lost the service report that was filed when her hard drive crashed in 2011, so they can't verify the happening of it! /s

For those that do not understand. They will have an IT department who is called when something goes wrong with a computer. They will be records of this. It will also include a record of a replacement hard drive. Since there has to be security, they should also show a separate receipt of a replacement hard drive. Or can the IRS just pull the hard drive, replace it no questions asked?
Next they'll claim that Lerner fixed it and there was no need to call IT to fix it.
lol. I still have emails stored on AOL servers from 4 computers ago. My last computer before this one was burned to a melted crispy puddle of oil in a wildfire. The emails? Still there!
Damn, libs are stupid!
