Or an airborne one becomes lethal. OMG...the common cold cold mutate into something lethal! And heres reality, mutations are helped by large number of infections. Ebola is the least of our concerns. Yes if it mutate it would suck-but the same is true of the common cold.
Please, this would be a horrible choice for bio-terrorism, theres sooooo many other better choices. Transmission in a modern society like ours would suck. And it takes a LOT more then you think. They could probably kill more people with swords. Because you know when they are contagious generally? When they're already horrifically sick.
Basically you are afraid because you don't understand things, and have watched too many horror flicks.
It's airborne now, being carried on a Lear jet to our continent.
And yet....I wonder if the average American comprehends that??
Nah. They're on Fakebook, or watching reality trash tv
I think they comprehend. They have confidence in the ability of the medical profession to deal with these infected individuals without exposing the nation to the virus. And they are probably right about that. It's not the ones we know are sick, it's those who look normal now, but will fall ill in the coming days that will unleash the virus on us.
I don't know if you are aware of this but the two Americans who are infected are being brought to Emory Hospital in Atlanta.
Does this worry anyone else as much as it worries me?!
Not really. I am sure they will be thoroughly isolated. It's important to treat them here, both for their sakes and for the sake of learning more about this terrible thing.
So what are you going to do about that? Shoot the plane down?
It's too late for that. Like I said its the ones we don't know about that are the greater threat. It is a matter of days before Ebola shows up in Europe, Asia, or even the Americas.

Did you miss this point.....???

I take it seriously...I just refuse to freak out over it.
