Until you hear about it in every city. I've only heard it really happening on the East Coast when the initial reports popped up because of YouTube videos which can be faked. This is why I came up with the rainbow party comparison of a social panic that doesn't happen as often as we think it does.

In Milwaukee a group of 100+ Blacks roamed the parking lot at the State Fair attacking White people & pulling them from their cars. Chicago has so many incidents of Black mob violence that they've begun implementing UN crowd control tactics to combat the ongoing incidents. If you're unaware of this issue, it's your own fault because there are hundreds of incidents like this going on all over the country. If it was roving bands of Whites attacking Blacks, yelling racist slurs at them while they're being attacked, attacking children, attacking pregnant women, this would be the biggest story in the country.
The kids that do this type of thing are such inhuman cowards...like it or not it is still a reflection of our society.
Or, more accurately a segment of our society since it is all being done by blacks, predominately against whites. It is not PC to say that, but PC cannot mask the truth any longer.
While I am sure there will start to be a few whites doing it, as copycat crimes always occur, rest assured that the black culture has fallen by the way side.
Think back if you are old enough to remember, or ask your parents what black society was like in the 1950's.
Sure there was poverty, crime and some run down ghetto areas, but by and large many homes had two parents with fathers living there. Today, black society has an absurd rate of unwed mothers who are having to raise kids by themselves without any male role models except the criminals on the street corners.
That in my view is one of the key elements of why young black males today run around and act like animals.

Happened here a few years ago in Akron. Another Cleveland suburb Cleveland Heights cancelled their annual arts festival last year due to growing issues with hood rats causing problems and starting fights in previous years.

Young Black Mothers who have a baby out of wedlock, especially a son, almost guarantee their child will live in poverty, will not graduate from High School, will not get a job & will go to prison. Sadly around 70% of all Black kids are in this situation today & instead of rejecting it as damaging, many Blacks want it to be accepted as normal & mainstream. It would behoove the Black community to work as hard at combating teen pregnancy & the "Baby Momma" syndrome, as they do at fighting racism.

yeah . .its not going on, never was, and the media made a big deal about . .nothing.
So yeah, its possible for people to be assaulted for no reason. but that happens every year since we kept records. There is no evidence of an escalating game because someone captures an assault on youtube

Where I see minorities who are in situations to have kids out of wedlock (unwanted kids) (minorities or poor they are interchangeable in this discussion). . .
I also see rich majorities trying to restrict their birth control options.
