Oh. I thought that was a reference to PI Sam Spade of The Maltese Falcon. Come to think of it, that book featured a black bird too

It's what is in those executive orders that is the problem. You are aware this is not dictatorship and those orders need to be within the scope of existing law? The use of these EO's have escalated through the years with each President pushing the limits more, it's time to reign them in.

He is following through.

Boehner to sue Obama in executive authority dispute

I also love the "but he did it too" defense. Apparently this worked well for most Obama supporters when their mother caught them with their hand in the cookie jar because they continue to try to use it to this day. Please give specific examples of what you mean by this:

Boehner suit is political theater so he can keep his job. If he was serious, he'd call for Obama's impeachment.

Please cite where the POTUS has the authority to alter immigration law. I'll wait.

He is ruling by decree.

If he can't get Congress to do what he wants, he rules by decree.

He had a majority for the first two years of his current disaster and he still ruled by decree.

He can do it but it's doubtful the courts will get involved. They generally don't like to get involved in spats between branches of government.
