Personally, I think that a presidency of Sheila Jackson Lee with a full Tea Party staff would be just the ideal thing to heal our nation. Most of the current problems are caused by the social barriers in race, gender, etc.

Would anyone, either liberal or conservative, really object to this idea?

You are kidding, right? Sheila Jackson Lee is slightly more sentient than a block of cheese.

Would the Tea Party staff include the White Rabbit and the Mad Hatter?

I would only be okay with this if Harrier's cat can be Secretary of State.

I have nothing against Sheila Jackson Lee....i don't know her and she isn't my representative so i have no reason to bother with it.

But for president? Uhhhh...no.

She is closing in on almost 20 years in the house and last ran unopposed.

I don't know much about her beyond that she does not have executive experience. Been there. Done that.

Absolutely.

A block of cheese would be a better choice since it wouldn't: deny science and reality, attempt to install religion as the law of the land, dehumanize minorities, and coddle people with gun and violence fetishes.

No, a Tea Party anything is a horrible idea. Those extremists already have too much say on the national stage and should be consigned to the loony bin where they belong.
