What is wrong with the people in Harlem??????? (ethical, racist, ideologies)

Congressmen and Senators vote on issues that effect the lives of each and every American not just those in their home district.

I can tell you one thing.......in my district, THAT kind of in-your-face grift and lawlessness would not have been tolerated by our constituents.....ESPECIALLY now as long as Harlem has......
Look at how long that list is!! You're okay with knowing your rep didn't pay his taxes and got away with it and if you so much as mistakenly put down a bad digit on your return, you get 20 yrs!

My rep? I don't live in Harlem, and my rep has paid his taxes...at least to my knowledge.
And you don't get 20 years for putting down a bad digit on a tax return.
