What about:
Baseball (3 hours + and 10% actual play)
Football (3 hours + and 12 min actual play)
NASCAR (3 hours + of oval racing) vs. 95-100 min for F1
Soccer: 90 min (no commericals, very short breaks) + 15 min break.
some people are so good at trolling they can make lots of money on it. I'm sure she finds her trolling a big joke. Anyhow, please use the real world for trolling not CityData.
she dated a liberal for a while, I assume you didn't actually use the suggestions in her book with her boyfriend. She's not dumb, either. She graduated from Cornell with honors, and then got a law degree at University of Michigan (one of the better law schools, I think).
If you not into baseball here is what is one right now.. NOTHING
no hockey, no basketball, no football (us)... soccer is the Americans new we need something to watch fad. :-)
Ann Coulter just needs to make sports political because everyone else if covering REAL issues and aren't listening to her.
Oh, for goodness sake. Even though it originated elsewhere, soccer is an American sport because it's played in the U.S. by millions of kids and watched by millions more. Golf didn't originate in the U.S. either, but nobody complains that it doesn't belong here. Most of our athletic pastimes are imports from elsewhere. Some just arrived earlier than others.
Anne Coulter is like the conservative version of Rachel Maddow or Michael Moore, both are propaganda pushers who rile up their base for money.
There are plenty of people on the right who I dispise just like on the left. Even if I may share the same political views I also also take into account a person's character, and if their character is bad then I want nothing to do with them. Meanwile there are people who I disagree politically with but they have great character and I respect them and their difference of opinion.
I just looked it up on Wiki. I guess this is what happens when television programming gets money from the state instead of private donations or advertising dollars. Probably nice at Christmas watching the yule log, but otherwise sounds pretty boring.
Slow TV is just a gimmick. It is basically a very cheap slot filler and just a way to save money. There are many commercial TV channels in Norway. I would rather watch slow TV than TLC.
